How do I update my Loss Reserve amount?

If you have already set your loss reserve amount and would like to make changes to it you can:

  • Contact your Customer Success Manager

  • Or log in to your Sivo account and schedule a meeting with your Customer Success Manager.

They can help you find a solution that will fit your loss reserve needs.

Here in your Sivo account is where you can find the link to "Book a meeting" with your Customer Success Manager.
