Can I provide historic data to increase leverage?

No.. There are two reasons for why.

  1. In order to make Sivo as simple and programmatic as possible, our capital sources have signed off on Sivo’s collection and reporting of loan application and reporting data. We can’t take in historical data from other sources and maintain the fast, transparent access to capital that we’re known for.

  2. As soon as an originator signs up for Sivo, we commit to taking an active interest in their success. This means analyzing the market that they operate in, and documenting key steps in the evolution of their business practices and the macroeconomic conditions that affect them. Historical data can only provide a small snapshot of this big picture, and so we cannot operate on historical data alone.
