An introduction to risk at Sivo

In simple terms, risk is the chance of something bad happening. Then again, not everything bad that can happen, will happen. But if several things can go wrong, the one you would least like to happen usually happens. In essence: risk is a complicated business.

Traditional sources of debt capital usually require originators to already have a successful lending track record. They also require reams of historical data, plus detailed documentation.

At Sivo, we take the opposite approach: By providing a Sivo Debt line we allow originators to bet on themselves from the very beginning, letting them get up and running quickly and proving themselves out. Our goals are aligned: we want the originators to be able to lend more, scaling together with them.
