If you need to edit a Level I or Level II credit product, this is typically due to making a mistake during creation of the credit product or you’re making changes to the lending product that you’re offering to borrowers. The first example is a simple fix but the second can have a significant impact if you’re actively lending.
For the first example where you made a mistake during creation:
Contact the Sivo team via live chat and ask them to remove the credit product that has an error. They’ll notify you when it’s removed
For the second example where you’d like to make changes to an active Level I or Level II credit product:
Contact the Sivo team via live chat. They’ll put you in touch with a member of our Risk team to discuss the changes you’d like to make
