If you need to edit a debt line, this is typically due to making a mistake during creation of the debt line or you’re making changes to the lending product that you’re offering to borrowers. The first example is a simple fix but the second can have a significant impact if you’re actively lending.
For the first example where you made a mistake during creation:
Follow the steps to add a new DIY debt line
Contact the Sivo team via live chat and ask them to remove the debt line that has an error. They’ll notify you when it’s removed
