If you need to edit a debt line, this is typically due to making a mistake during creation of the debt line or you’re making changes to the lending product that you’re offering to borrowers. The first example is a simple fix but the second can have a significant impact if you’re actively lending.

For the first example where you made a mistake during creation:

  1. Follow the steps to add a new DIY debt line

  2. Contact the Sivo team via live chat and ask them to remove the debt line that has an error. They’ll notify you when it’s removed

For the second example where you’d like to make changes to an active debt line

  1. Contact the Sivo team via live chat. They’ll put you in touch with a member of our Risk team to discuss the changes you’d like to make
