Sharing your Company Financials w/Sivo’s Risk team

Throughout the set up and monthly reviews of your Sivo Debt line, you will be asked to share your most updated and unaudited company financial information.

This is required in order for our Risk team to have the ability to review your Company Financials on demand without having to ask your team to provide these monthly as stipulated in the Terms of Services and your Debt line Term Sheet.

To add Sivo’s risk team to your company’s financial or accounting software, follow these instructions:

STEP 1. Log into your accounting software

STEP 2. Go into settings and add an read-only user access

STEP 3. Use risk@sivo.com to provide access

STEP 4. Inform your Sivo Risk team that access has been provided by emailing us or completing the pending request in your Sivo app

Our team supports well known financial packages such as Xero, Quickbooks, Freshbooks, Sage50, Access Financials and more.

What if I don’t use a financial / accounting software?

If you do not have a financial or accounting software, you must share with us the contact info and name of your accountant firm. This can be don through the Risk Requests tab inside your Sivo App >> Debt line view.

You may also have your financials in a shareable document or spreadsheet.

Please add risk@sivo.com as Viewer and share those documents with our team.

You can also upload your Company financials monthly by going to your Sivo app in the Risk & Legal requests section of your Debtline:
