Using Sivo DeFi, lenders—who we call originators—offer low-cost or interest-free credit to borrowers in exchange for a portion of their future revenue. This works because the cost of generating revenue is typically lower than the revenue itself, creating a margin sufficient to fund the loan and mitigate risks associated with high-risk borrowers, such as those with unpredictable income or limited credit history.

Sivo DeFi is a noncustodial credit network implemented for the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM). The protocol facilitates key functions like underwriting, verification, liquidity, collateral management, and servicing through a network of developer extensions, while maintaining low, predictable fees and supporting high transaction volumes without congestion.

There are many opportunities for developers, including integrating Sivo DeFi or building extensions to expand its functionality with your product or service.

Sivo DeFi is scheduled to launch in Q1 2025. Visit sivo.xyz to learn more and join the waitlist by chatting with Poe, our AI.
